Services
Secondary Number (receive-only, limited voice telephony and SMS messaging), provided by Gigs U.K. Ltd.
Service Details:
This service only supports domestic inbound calls and inbound SMS.
Outgoing calls and SMS are not supported under any circumstances.
This service does not provide access to emergency services (999/112).
The service is available for use in the UK only.

Monthly Price: £2.00 (incl. VAT)
Out of bundle usage is not possible on this plan. We collect monthly subscriptions from seven days prior to renewal to ensure service continuity. Prices are subject to change, at least one month's notice of any changes will be provided. You are free to cancel renewal of your plan at any time without penalty.
Duration, Renewal and Termination
Flexible monthly contract, auto-renewing each month:
You can cancel renewal at any time within the Revolut app. You will be able to use the service until your subscription period concludes.
In order to guarantee cancellation at the end of the current subscription period, you must make your request to cancel no later than 12 hours before your renewal date. Any pre-payment will be refunded following successful cancellation.
You can cancel your Secondary Number at no cost during the cooling-off period, which is within 14 calendar days from the day your Secondary Number is activated. If you have commenced the use of the Services, we will provide you with a proportionate refund (taking into account any usage). Incoming calls and SMS are routed to your Revolut Mobile Plan. Availability may vary depending on network coverage, local geography, congestion, and your device.
This service does not support outgoing calls or SMS under any circumstances.
This service does not provide access to emergency services (999/112).
Once your allowance is used up, there is no option to top up.

The service is available for use in the UK only.

Additional Charges
This Secondary Number only supports domestic inbound calls and SMS, routed directly to your Revolut Mobile Plan. There are no outbound call or SMS capabilities, and no charges apply to the number itself or the incoming traffic. Once your allowance is used up, there is no option to top up.
Delivery of Your Service
You cannot transfer an existing number from another provider into this service.
The Secondary Numbers Service currently does not support porting of Secondary Numbers in or out to another telecommunications provider.

Duration and Conditions for Renewal and Termination
Flexible monthly contract, auto-renewing each month
To end your subscription, please cancel a minimum of 12 hours before your renewal date to ensure you won’t be charged further.
You can cancel your Secondary Number within 14 calendar days from the date your Secondary Number is activated (the “Cooling-Off Period”).
