Supported Languages Policy
Last Updated: April 8, 2026
1. Overview
Gigs provides customer support across global markets. This policy describes the languages in which Gigs can provide support, the level of service available in each, and what customers and end users can expect when submitting requests in those languages.
2. Native Language Support
Gigs currently provides native-language support in:
English
Portuguese
Spanish
Native-language support means requests are handled end-to-end by fluent human agents, with full service level guarantees and support for complex or escalated issues. These are the languages in which Gigs can guarantee consistent, high-quality handling today.
3. AI-Assisted Language Support
In addition to native-language support, Gigs offers AI-assisted support covering approximately 50 languages — the full set supported by our support tooling.
Users may submit requests in any supported language. Messages are automatically translated for handling by Gigs support staff, and responses are returned via translation.
Support for AI-assisted languages is provided on a best-effort basis. Response times and handling guarantees may differ from those that apply to native-language requests. Where a request requires detailed handling — such as complex account issues or sensitive matters — Gigs may respond in a native-supported language.
4. Support Interface Availability
Localized support interfaces — such as support forms and chat widgets — are not guaranteed for AI-assisted languages. Users in these languages may interact via non-localized entry points.
Customers requiring a fully localized end-to-end support experience, including localized UI surfaces, should plan to implement localized entry points within their own product or provide localized wrappers around Gigs support integrations.
5. Language Coverage Updates
Gigs reviews language coverage on an ongoing basis, informed by customer needs, usage volume, and regional expansion. Native-language support may be extended over time as operational and quality conditions are met.
Questions about language support for specific regions or use cases can be directed to your Gigs account contact.
