Appendix 2 - Region Specific Terms
The additional terms set forth below apply only with respect to End Users who are resident in the specific regions identified. To the extent of a conflict among any region-specific provision and the provisions of the Agreement, the region-specific provision(s) will control to the extent of such conflict. In all other respects, the terms of this Agreement remain as written unless expressly modified by a territory-specific provision below.

Contract Summary & Contract Information - Our Service Plans vary, and your Contract Summary was provided to you in your Service Plan details upon checkout. Additionally, you can find full information about the Services covered by your Service Plan in the Contract Information document. You may review your Contract Summary and/or Contract Information by logging into your service account. Your Contract Summary and Contract Information form part of your Agreement with Gigs.
